Patient Care Restore Primary Care Wellness

We Are All About Creating That Feeling Of Home.

At RPC Wellness, our main goal is to help you and your family members reach health and wellness goals through a combination of customized programs and therapies. We take healthcare seriously and pride ourselves on being more than just an ordinary wellness center, ensuring that we can give our patients the best and most effective care possible.

As you prepare for your visit to RPC Wellness Center, we ask that you bring:

  • List of medications you take (over-the-counter & prescription)
  • Insurance card & ID
  • List of any questions you have for one of our providers

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we do ask that you give a 24 hour notice, so we are able to offer the appointment time to another patient.

We are always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have about any of our treatments. Feel free to contact us anytime!

We accept Aetna, Humana, TRICARE, BCBS, Medicare, Humana Commercial HMO, and PPO plans. We also accept cash, debit, and credit card.

We selectively offer home visits for non-emergency. Please call or email for details

We provide care for ages 16 and up including: Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics.

In which he/she is available by text or phone after hours only for urgent, but non-emergency matter. However, if it is not an urgent matter and can wait until the following business day this would be appreciated. If it is an emergency, we do advise to call 911.
